Vintage 1980’s Vancouver Designer Katanya Koly modernist earrings.
These shapes were a dead-stock find that were incomplete and did not have any findings attached yet. The shapes are handcut and lightly raw polished brass. I have added lever back hooks and jump rings both made of raw brass as well.
Since they are made of raw brass, over time they will devolve a richer golden patina. This is to be expected and enjoyed! The last photo in the series shows how dark they can become. This set will come with a fantastic polishing cloth so that you are able to polish them back up to their original lighter appearance whenever you like.
